All consultations are available by appointment only, the initial consultation is complimentary. Once your event date is confirmed FloweryT is available by phone and email at any stage to answer all queries or questions you may have. Additional consultations may be chargeable to cover travel expenses.
A non-refundable retainer fee of £150.00 is required to secure the date and confirm your booking. The retainer fee will be deducted from the final balance.
By paying the retainer fee to secure your order with FloweryT you agree to the following terms and conditions
A Formal proposal and quotation will be provided within 3-5 working days following consultation. The prices quoted will remain valid for 14 days from the date sent to you. Should the ingredient price rise significantly we shall notify as soon as reasonably possible to pass the cost on to the event holder.
A refundable deposit is required on all hired goods including ‘free hire’ items. In the event of loss or damage the replacement cost will be deducted from the deposit.
Changes to be made to the original proposal must be submitted in writing and all details must be finalised 30 days prior to your event. No changes, or refunds due to cancellation can be made beyond this point.
All FloweryT Products are subject to availability. In the event of poor quality or unavailability FloweryT reserves the right to substitute flowers/goods in order to ensure high standards. In the case of substitution the integrity of the proposed colour scheme and flower value will be maintained.
In the event that FloweryT is unable to provide product, service or any suitable replacement, we shall notify as soon as reasonably possible and reimburse your payments in full.
Payments are accepted in installments by agreement only. Full payment must be received prior to the event and no less than 30days before the event date. FloweryT reserves the right to cancel any flowers if payment is not made by this date. We are not obliged to offer compensation for the inconvenience caused.
Incorrect personal details may lead to delays in delivery, so before confirming your order please ensure you have provided full delivery address and telephone number of the venue or agreed recipient. Flowers must be inspected and signed for upon delivery.
